Delete Account

Use this page to permanently delete your Flagship Towing account. You do not need the app. Sign in with the email and password on the account to confirm it is yours.

What we delete

• Your profile, including your name, email, phone, and mailing address
• Vessels saved on the account
• Family members, service requests, and messages tied to the account
• Sign-in sessions on your devices

What we keep

Limited membership and payment records are kept for accounting. A running membership is cancelled and will not renew. Membership fees already paid are not refunded.

You can also delete the account from the Profile section of the Flagship Towing app. If you signed in with Apple or Google and do not have a password, use the app, or call 1-888-BOAT-TOW.
